§ A. Definitions
1. Owner – The AWS Pro company belongs to Wojciech Spyrka identified with the tax number PL5482203269 issued in Poland.
2. Good-Machnes.com – B2B website belong to Owner and design for the presentation of machines by manufacturers in order to establish direct commercial relationships between the manufacturer and the buyer.
3. Supplier - (Machine manufacturer) - a selected machine supplier (third party) of machines to which the owner provides the opportunity to present its products.
4. Customer (Machine buyer) – a representative of any company who is an Internet user.
§ B. Terms and conditions of use
1. The Owner provides access to the Good-Machnes.com to all Internet users without restrictions.
2. Direct offer after user Inquiry - Customer receive an offer from the Supplier.
a. The Owner provides the possibility of contact via e-mail address and obtaining a direct quote from the machine manufacturer.
b. The presented machine data does not constitute the basis for the technical specification of the machine. All current information about the machine being valued will be provided by the Supplier along with the quote.
c. The Owner submits the request for quotation directly to the Supplier after verification and selection.
d. The Owner has the right to refuse to forward an inquiry to the supplier without giving a reason.
e. The Supplier sends the offer directly to the potential Customer.
f. The Supplier may refuse to deliver the offer to the Customer without giving any reason.
g. The Owner is not responsible for any errors in the information provided by Suppliers and presented on the Good-Machine.com website.
h. The Owner, through the Good-Machine.com website, enables contact between the machine Supplier and a potential Customer and is not responsible for errors in communication, technical specifications and all other relations arising between them.
3. Supporting services - Additional services on request.
a. In some cases or on Customer demand Owner can provide offer supporting services like:
i. Insurance
ii. Logistics
iii. Trainings
iv. Installation
v. Etc.
4. Confidential inquiry - B2B data confidentiality.
a. The Customer receives the offer directly from the Supplier, bypassing the Owner, unless other circumstances arise between the parties.
b. All information processed and stored by the Owner is in accordance with the GDPR applicable in the EU

§ C. Summary
1. The owner has the right to disable the Good-Machine.com website for any period of time in connection with development and service work.
2. Any possible disputes that may arise in connection with the use of the Good-Machine.com website between the Owner and the Supplier or the Customer will be resolved amicably or by the court competent for the Owner's registered office.
